Factory services are available starting with phone and on-line service. Every product that we sell has a technical team available to support that product for technical questions, troubleshooting and start-up assistance. Products sent back to the manufacturer for repair and or calibration are tracked and returned in a timely manner. All costs need to be approved prior to performing any services.
